Barbell Foundations is a 6-week beginner strength training program in San Diego designed for adults who want to learn how to lift safely, correctly, and with confidence.

Instead of guessing in a crowded gym or following random workouts online, you’ll learn the fundamentals of barbell training in a small, coached environment.

This program is ideal if you want:

What’s Included in Barbell Fundamentals Course

  • 6 weeks of structured strength training

  • 2 sessions per week (12 total sessions)

  • You’ll receive a clear recommendation for continuing

    Most participants move directly into our semi-private training or ongoing strength training with confidence.

What if I miss a session?
