At the end of Barbell Fundamentals
You’ll feel confident using barbells
You’ll understand proper technique and how to warm up
You’ll know how to train safely
You'll get a credit of $75 towards your first month of semi-private fitness membership at Concentric
You’ll receive a clear recommendation for continuing
Most participants move directly into our semi-private training or ongoing strength training with confidence.
