Semi-private training is small-group coaching that combines the personal attention of private training with the motivation of a small group. Our classes have 6 people maximum.
What’s the difference from regular group fitness classes?
In semi-private training, each person follows a tailored plan and a training progression, not a cookie-cutter workout that is random from day to day, which helps our members see more progress sooner and for longer.
How do I reserve my training sessions?
Use our easy online system to reserve your session up to 1 hour before start time.
