Victor Oliveira private jiu jitsu lessons Mira Mesa and Carmel Valley

Coach Victor started out as a bodybuilder and later began jiu jitsu as a teen in Brazil. He started his education in fitness and coaching people before moving to San Diego in 2013. Coach Victor has lived, breathed, and embodied the lifestyle since then. He combines sport and real world self defense skill in his jiu jitsu and has taught jiu jitsu at large organizations like University of San Diego, well-known academies, and in many self-defense workshops for women and kids. Coach Victor specializes in helping people with large weight loss goals, getting stronger mentally and physically, as well as feeling more capable in life.

Caroline wellness and fitness coach San Diego

Coach Caroline started lifting weights in high school and continued in the athletic space by teaching surf and working in gyms throughout her 20's. During this time, Caroline struggled and, while using food to deal with difficult emotions, her weight continue to creep into an unhealthy range. Overcoming this period and learning ways to have a healthy relationship with the body and food has a huge influence on her coaching style. Coach Caroline takes a holistic approach to helping people positively transform inside and out.

Karis Barber nutrition and fitness coach San Diego

Coach Karis come from an athletic background with a focus in endurance racing. She has challenged herself in many races including an Ironman 140.6, 100k, (soon 100 mile!), ultra marathon, and road marathon running. Karis brings a fun mix of training elements into her sessions and meets clients where they are.
