🎯 Try a Women's Jiu Jitsu Class — No Pressure, No Experience Needed.
Join a space where strength, empowerment, and community come first.
No! Our Women's Jiu Jitsu classes are beginner-friendly and designed to make you feel comfortable and confident from day one.
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. We recommend wearing sandals or slip-on shoes as there are no shoes on the jiu jitsu mats. We will set you up with a gi (uniform) for your trial.
Is jiu jitsu safe for women?
Absolutely. Jiu jitsu is designed for leverage and technique, making it one of the best martial arts for women’s self-defense because you don't need to be the biggest or strongest to be effective.
Can I try a class before committing?
Absolutely! We encourage you to try a class first to see if it’s right for you.
